Welcome to Vaisons (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”). Please carefully read all of the following content. By registering, logging in, or using the Platform, you are deemed to have fully understood and agreed to all terms of this Agreement.
1. Services
Section titled “1. Services”Vaisons is an on-chain data analysis and meme coin signal reference platform that primarily provides early signal references based on on-chain capital flows, Smart Money behavior, and narrative information. The Platform only provides informational reference services and does not constitute any investment advice, financial consultation, or asset management services.
2. User Eligibility and Responsibilities
Section titled “2. User Eligibility and Responsibilities”- You must be at least 18 years old or have the corresponding legal capacity.
- You agree to comply with the laws and regulations of your country or region and shall not engage in any illegal or non-compliant activities.
- You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Any losses resulting from the theft or disclosure of your account shall be borne by you.
- You may not use the Platform for money laundering, fraud, market manipulation, or other illegal activities.
3. Risk Disclosure
Section titled “3. Risk Disclosure”- Cryptocurrency and meme coin markets involve extremely high risks. Prices may fluctuate significantly within a short period of time or even fall to zero.
- The signals, data, and analysis provided by the Platform are for reference only and do not guarantee any profit.
- All trading decisions shall be independently made by the user, who shall bear all associated risks and consequences.
- The Platform shall not be liable for any investment losses.
4. Intellectual Property
Section titled “4. Intellectual Property”- All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, data, charts, logos, and systems, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
- Without the written permission of the Platform, users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any such content for commercial purposes.
5. Prohibited Activities
Section titled “5. Prohibited Activities”- You may not attack or interfere with the normal operation of the Platform in any manner.
- You may not register accounts in bulk, scrape data, or maliciously spread false information.
- You may not impersonate the Platform or its official representatives to conduct fraud or mislead others.
6. Termination of Services
Section titled “6. Termination of Services”The Platform reserves the right to terminate or suspend the provision of services to you at any time under the following circumstances:
- You violate any provision of this Agreement;
- You are suspected of engaging in illegal or non-compliant activities;
- Required by law or due to policy adjustments.
7. Disclaimer
Section titled “7. Disclaimer”The Platform provides its services on an “as is” basis and makes no express or implied warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services.
8. Amendments to the Agreement
Section titled “8. Amendments to the Agreement”The Platform reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any amendments will be communicated through announcements on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
